Keyboard Tester

What is the Keyboard Tester?

A keyboard tester typically involves pressing each key on the keyboard and checking if it registers the correct input on the computer screen. It helps detect any stuck keys, ghosting (when multiple keys are pressed but only some are recognized), or unresponsive keys. The test may also measure the speed and accuracy of key presses, allowing users to evaluate their typing performance.

How to use?

1. When you press a key on the keyboard, the corresponding key on the virtual keyboard will change color.

2. Press all the keys to make sure each key works properly.

3. If the whole virtual keyboard changes color, then, congratulations, it passed the test and there is nothing wrong with your keyboard.

4. Click the reset button, you can also do the test a second time.

If your keyboard is unresponsive, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

1.Check connections: Ensure it's properly connected.

2.Restart: Reboot your computer.

3.Clean: Remove debris or dirt from the keyboard.

4.Replace batteries: For wireless keyboards.

5.Update drivers: Ensure they're up to date.

6.Test on another device: Verify if it's a hardware issue.
